Lee was born with a passion for both structural and edible design. He is versed in many styles of dining, with heavy emphasis on Korean, Japanese and Asian Fusion cuisines.

With a passion for sharing the highest quality authentic Asian cuisine with the world, Lee is driven to deliver only the best-in-class at each of his restaurants.

Having opened six locations of his dining experiences, Lee is at the top of his class when it comes to ambition, and slowing down is not in his forecast.
